NurseryOS
Check-in that takes a tap, not a clipboard.
This is the screen your volunteers use on Sunday morning. Live room counts, allergy flags where they belong, and a parent text one button away.

How a Sunday runs
Four moments, start to finish. Each one faster than the paper version it replaces.
- 1
First visit
A volunteer takes a minute to add the child once — name, age, parent and phone, any allergies, and the parent's OK to keep those details on file. That's the whole onboarding, ever.
- 2
Every visit after
Search the child's name, tap it, pick a room. Done in seconds. Returning families never fill anything out again.
- 3
In the room
The room's headcount goes up the moment a child is checked in, and flags when it's near capacity. One tap texts a parent to come — for a diaper, a meltdown, or an emergency.
- 4
Pickup
The parent gives their code or name, the volunteer confirms it, and the child is checked out with a timestamp. The headcount drops. Nobody leaves with the wrong adult.
Reach a parent without leaving the room
A volunteer never has to walk the halls looking for someone or pull a parent out of service by guesswork. One tap sends a clear text — "come to this room" or "we need you now" — straight to the phone on file.
It's logged on the check-in record, so the next volunteer knows it happened.
Built carefully, because it's kids
The parts that matter most aren't features you'll click — they're the rules underneath.
Allergy notes stay in the room
Medical and allergy details are visible only to the volunteers working that child's room — not the whole team, not the church office.
Only your team has logins
Parents never create an account or download an app. They're reached by text, nothing more.
Records that last
Every family stays on file so the next check-in is a name search, never a re-registration. History is kept, not quietly deleted.
One church, one set of records
Your data is yours. No other ministry using KingdomOS can see a single name from your nursery.
Know where every child is, instantly
Any volunteer or admin can pull up a child's room and check-in time the moment it's asked. That accountability is built into every check-in, not bolted on.
